Come play flag-football in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment!
WDCPRD offers an all-inclusive recreational flag football program for K-8th grade kids. Players get split up into three seperate divisons (See Below) and compete from early-October through mid-November. Participants get to practice fundamental skills like throwing, hand-eye-coordination, balance, and footwork while also getting an introduction to some of the simple concepts of football.
Divisions of Play:
Co-Ed "Pee-Wee": K -2nd graders
Co-Ed "JV": 3rd-5th graders
Co-Ed "Varsity": 6th-8th graders
Volunteer coaches will be needed for each team, so if you’re interested in even just assistant coaching a team please indicate on your child’s paperwork or reach out to the Parks and Rec Office at 530-623-5925 or send an email to wdcprdoffice@gmail.com.
