The Weaverville/Douglas City Parks and Recreation District (WDCPRD) provides recreational programs to people of all ages in the Weaverville area. Whether its Parent/Tot swim lessons or Old Men’s Basketball WDCPRD has programs to keep everyone active!

Lee Fong Park (LFP), maintained by WDCPRD, provides a perfect venue to hold the wedding of a lifetime, a festival, or even just a BBQ with friends. Operating from April 1st through October 31st, LFP is open to the public or can be reserved and rented for your event today. Visit the Lee Fong Park page to learn more!

Along with Lee Fong Park, WDCPRD also manages Lowden Park Pool (LPP). Open to the public at the end of the schoolyear, LPP is open throughout the summer months and offers a variety of different activities to give every age group an opportunity to enjoy some aquatic exercise. Approximately 45 miles west of I-5 and roughly 125 miles south of the Oregon border, WDCPRD is in the Weaverville-basin below the Trinity Alps in the northwest portion of Trinity County. WDCPRD operates all throughout the greater-Weaverville area and into other parts of Trinity County.
